Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of UniWay (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at tasnimchrichi@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Free trial and Premium subscription

  • New accounts receive a 2-hour Premium trial. After the trial, Premium features remain locked until you subscribe.
  • Subscriptions are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis according to the plan you choose. Prices and renewal dates are shown at checkout.
  • You may cancel at any time from Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Premium features remain active until then.
  • Stripe is the source of truth for your subscription state. If a payment fails, access may be revoked in accordance with Stripe's dunning process.

4. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. By starting your Premium trial or activating a paid subscription and accessing digital content immediately, you expressly request that performance begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed for the billing period, as permitted by Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully, or to harass, defraud or endanger others.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, entitlement checks, rate limits or security controls.
  • Scrape, resell, or redistribute content from the Service.
  • Use the AI assistant to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Upload malware or interfere with the Service's integrity.

6. AI assistant disclaimer

The AI assistant produces automated suggestions. Output may be inaccurate, out of date, or unsuitable for your situation. UniWay is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, immigration, financial or emergency advice. In an emergency, call the appropriate local emergency number (e.g. 112 in the EU).

7. Location, maps and third-party content

Location features use Google Maps Platform. Place details, ratings, opening hours, prices and photos are provided by third parties and may be inaccurate. Always verify critical information (medical, legal, safety) with an official source before acting on it.

8. Intellectual property

UniWay and its content, trademarks and software are owned by UniWay or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a licence to host and process it solely to operate the Service.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

10. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory consumer rights are not affected.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UniWay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, or where limitation is prohibited by law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where UniWay is legally established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to users in their country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
